Kelly Coffey (C-O-F-F-E-Y) is a fucking badass. She’s the force behind Strong Coffey Personal Training in New England, and the popular blog strongcoffey.com. In 1997, at over 300 pounds, Coffey was a study in how not to treat a human body. She was depressed, inactive, and uncomfortable. She had weight loss surgery only to gain much of the weight back - AGAIN. Sad, disconnected, and scared to even hope, she finally saw what the problem was - not her body or her weight, but her obsessive drive to sabotage every health- and care-based commitment she tried to make. She pieced together a practical, real-world solution to self-sabotage and the loss/gain cycle, and has maintained a healthy, comfortable weight for well over a decade. Kim Vopni, The Vagina Coach, is an expert who talks all about the vagina, apparently one of the worlds most hated words.
