This is an episode where this northern lass meets a southern belle, the accents run wild! An industry veteran, who was one of my first inspirations is Elizabeth Smith Andrews. She inspired me to become certified in TRX, DVRT Ultimate Sandbag and to explore functional movement as a way to exercise. I’m happy that she is now one of my BFF’s and we have the best conversations. Oh my you are in for a treat!!

Dr Rosanne Woods recently received her Doctorate of Health Sciences for her paper which shows the association between lean body mass and menopausal symptoms. They found that if women maintained and build lean body mass, from resistance training versus moderate cardio, they would be 70% less likely to experience hot flashes. Final word: Ladies you need to keep moving and lift heavy!
